How To Style Your LBD for Fall

There's copious ways on styling a LBD. We've all heard it before.
However, the things that really stand out to me for a LBD are the details.
I love the fringe-y pieces on the sleeves of this high neck dress. It's simple, yet adds a touch of sophistication, at the same time. Not to mention, I've been on a fringe kick.
I know.

But hey, this time it's a dress and a different color. Not that that makes a significant difference or anything, but I just wanted to share (yet another) way to wear fringe this season. Such as... opting for a berry lip and marble details. I'm really loving the new howlite pieces that are a part of Kendra Scott's fall collection. If you're not a huge fan of color, these are great pieces that are bound to make a statement. I've linked them below!

P.S. in case you guys haven't heard of DITTO... they're an eyewear program with plenty of designer sunglasses that you can swap anytime. Repeat: ANYTIME. DITTO is also offering you guys your FIRST MONTH FREE with code GRACELEE when you checkout!

ALSO, a quick short story about my phone in this post:
I was actually at Southpoint (the mall in Durham) to receive my new iPhone 6 because my iPhone 5C screen was shattered, and so this case is no longer a part of my life (R.I.P.), but I loved that it matched with my accessories.

Fringe With Benefits

There's something about a fringe skirt that just makes you want to twirl. And twirl. And... twirl.
Suede minis are IN this season and I am beyond excited to start incorporating more fall fashion into my posts. In case many of you all didn't know, fall is my favorite season, hands down.

This past weekend was a good one.
It was just one of those weekends where I decided to "step out of reality" for a couple of days and enjoy my time spent with my favorite people AKA my family. Despite all the workload, I realized just how important it was to have quality time with the family and how these were moments you would never really get back. My family and I have so much fun together, and I feel so grateful that God has blessed me with a loving and caring family. They really are my best friends and time seriously flies when I'm with them. Okay, enough with all the cheesiness.
We watched Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials on Saturday and IT. WAS. SO. GOOD. Have you guys read the book series?? I may have to start reading them...

P.S. I even rounded up some fringe skirts that I'm loving down below!
Hope you are all having a great start to a new week. Thanks for stopping by!

Flare Affair

I am loving the fact that flares are IN this season. I actually bought these jeans back in high school, believe it or not, and I love being able to pull out old pieces and adding them back into my wardrobe. Also, I love tucking in my crisp, white button-down shirt with a pair of denims. It adds such a classic, yet simple touch.

Sidenote: this week has been a tough one, that's for sure.
Monday was just a crazy whirlwind of a day, and Tuesday wasn't looking any better. But now that we're halfway through the week, and it is officially the first day of fall...
here's to hoping the rest of the week gets better.

*cheers* with our PSLs and salted caramel mochas or (whatever new seasonal drink Starbucks has to offer because I can never keep up) flavored drinks!

HA.
