Netflix and Chill

I cannot emphasize enough my love for puns.
Anyone and everyone who knows me knows that I'm a sucker for witty captions, and I just couldn't help myself to find something to top last year's. AKA my strawberry costume

If you read last year's post, you'll know just how exciting Halloween on Franklin Street here at UNC-Chapel Hill is. People from all over come to celebrate Halloweekend, and it's just one majorrrrr party.
E P I C - right?!

I'm prepping to wear this look tomorrow to take on Halloween with my gal pals. I'm looking forward to seeing some creative costumes. Maybe another Netflix and Chill? HA. I know Ebola was a pretty big costume choice last year, so I'm excited to see what people have up their sleeves this year!

Be sure to follow along on Snapchat (bygracelee) or Instagram for my weekend adventures.
Hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween!

P.S. I'd love to hear your costume choices this year in the comments below!

We're All Plaid Here

I was on top of my fall game this year.
I purchased this trench coat towards the end of summer because I knew trench coats would be a staple in the colder months to come.
And it's one of the best decisions I've made...thus far. I have an 8 AM every Mondays and Wednesdays (the worst), and since I'm up when the sun rises, temperatures drop to at least 40-50s when I'm walking up towards campus. BRR. AKA gimme-all-the-coats.

I've worn this trench coat a couple of times, and I will shamelessly admit that I've even worn it with just an oversized tee and a pair of leggings. That's the beauty of a coat. No one has to know what I'm wearing under it... ;) HA.

What's your take on a trench coat? Do you own one in your wardrobe?

P.S. luckily, this one is ON SALE. I've linked it below!

That's A Wrap

Who said crop tops were only reserved for the summer?

I love pulling out my turtlenecks this time of year because they're my go-to tops when I don't feel like bundling up in a scarf. I know I get tired of having to untie my scarf whenever I walk indoors, so turtleneck tops are a definite problem-solver.
My favorite part about this top is the wrap in the front. It has a slimming effect to the waistline, which is always a win in my book. #inserthandsintheairemoji

Do you wear crop tops in the fall? If so, what are some of your favorites?

Thanks for stopping by!

T-G-I-F.
The weekend... finally.
Today, I'll be traveling back and forth from Raleigh to shoot a couple of looks for an upcoming collaboration and my Halloween costume for next week's post!
AH! In case you missed last year's costume... which was a BERRY good one, in my opinion. Ha. You'd be very surprised just how many puns you can come up with the word 'strawberry'...

Anyway, I even posted a sneak peek of the look on my Instagram yesterday... here's the link in case you missed it.
;)

So what are you guys doing this weekend? I'd love to hear your plans.
Be sure to share them with me in the comments below!
